Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy

At FipRx, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Our straightforward return and refund policy ensures peace of mind when shopping with us. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items for a full refund or exchange under our Terms of Service. Refunds are promptly processed upon receipt of the returned product.

Refunds

We offer a full refund for unopened vials and oral capsule packets if our GS treatment is ineffective for feline infectious peritonitis symptoms.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are picked up by the shipper. If you wish to cancel, inform us immediately via chat box or email. If the order qualifies, we will refund 100% of the order amount, minus transaction charges, with no restocking fee.

Returns

Once picked up by UPS, orders are considered returns. To return, inform UPS to reject the parcel or return unused items if received. Opened or partially used items are not accepted. A $20 fee covers order processing and restocking. Shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting your return. You will be notified via email. Refunds are applied to the original payment method only.

Disputes

Refund processing may take a few days if the order wasn’t shipped, or a few weeks depending on return timing. Refunds are given after receiving your return. If you dispute the payment without following our protocol, we will not refund if we win the dispute.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check with your credit card company and review your bank statement. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post. Contact us for status updates on PayPal or other cashless payment refunds.

Exchanges or Replacements

We replace items damaged during shipping. Email max@maisilab.com with details and photos of the damage. Approved replacements are sent within 24 hours.
